Unreliable Landlord

Some reviewers have had a nightmare experience with Ken, describing him as an unlicensed landlord who fails to provide a safe and habitable environment. One reviewer, Adam Coggins, took Ken to court and won back every penny of their deposit after living in his property with a broken AC during the summer. Another reviewer, K. S., reported that the AC failed five times during their seven-month lease and accused Ken of making absurd suggestions and attempting to claim against their security deposit for pre-existing issues.
