Anthony D. Martin

Anthony Martin is the Broker in Charge of Charles H. Knight, LLC, and is an active member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS, Western Upstate Board of REALTORS, and National Home Builders Association. Anthony has grown up around the real estate business and has been licensed since 1989. With great attention to detail, he strives to solve problems before they arise, making sure his client's transactions are effortless and enjoyable. Being licensed as a Residential Home Builder, as well as a General Contractor, Anthony has experience in building not only spec houses, but custom homes as well. If your perfect home doesn't already exist, Anthony can build it for you. His knowledge in the Real Estate market and home building business is a great benefit to his clients.

Jenny Durham

Jenny Durham is a certified negotiation expert with a goal of providing competent and courteous service. She was born in the Upstate but was raised in Clinton, IA and Bolingbrook, IL. Always being a country girl at heart, she returned to the place she always considered home in 1995. She received her SC Real Estate License in 2003. Jenny is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family, fishing and hiking. The Upstate offers the best of both worlds, being situated between the mountains and the beach. Jenny would love to help you find your new home or sell your current one.

Luke D. Martin

Luke D. Martin was born into the building and real estate business. He has a vast range of transaction types from first-time homebuyers to commercial, relocating across the country, estates, and large acreage tracts. He has construction experience, obtained his real estate license in 2017, and completed an Associates's Degree in Business. Luke enjoys all aspects of the industry, from communicating with his clients, contacting other agents and owners, negotiating, and everything else it takes to get the deal to closing.
