Our spacious one and two-bedroom apartment homes are designed to provide a comfortable and inviting living space. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, large walk-in closets, and is waiting for you to add your personal touch. Our apartment homes also come with central air conditioning, making it easy to stay cool on those hot summer days.

Pet Policy

At Newport Landing, we are a pet-friendly community and welcome a maximum of two (2) cats per apartment home. Residents must sign a pet addendum and pay a $200 non-refundable pet fee per cat. There is no additional monthly fee. We also offer free surface parking with assigned garages available for an additional fee.
