Our Leadership

At the helm of Corps Assets are two seasoned professionals, Jeff Presnal and Mark Rand. Jeff, a retired Army officer with 25 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial real estate development and construction management. His expertise includes market analysis, site selection, asset management, construction management, development process management, and disposition strategies. Mark, a seasoned entrepreneur with 39 years of experience, has a deep understanding of real estate intricacies. His extensive experience in business, including capital raising, company acquisitions, and restructuring, has given him a broad knowledge of all areas of business.
