Iarocci - Managing Principal & CEO: With over 16 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Anthony oversees the company's acquisition, development, and property management efforts. Prior to founding Key Real Estate Company, he held various positions in the banking, information technology, and healthcare industries, where he gained valuable experience in business acquisition and financial management.

• Bill Boasberg - Managing Principal & COO: As our Chief Operating Officer, Bill is responsible for overseeing the company's property management efforts, strategic direction, and leadership. His extensive background in the hospitality, real estate, and property management industries includes leadership roles at MGM Resorts, The Beau Rivage, and The Las Vegas CityCenter, where he oversaw the development, operation, and management of several world-renowned properties.

• Matthew Day - Managing Principal & Acquisitions: As the head of our acquisitions team, Matthew is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing on new investment opportunities. With over 22 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Matthew has a proven track record of success in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.

• Michael R. Lang - Managing Principal & Development: As the head of our development efforts, Michael is responsible for all aspects of our development activities, from land acquisition and entitlement to design, construction, and delivery. With over $180 million in construction projects completed and an additional $300 million in the pipeline, Michael's expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving the growth and success of our development portfolio.
