Our apartments feature an all-electric kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, carpeting, ceramic tile baths, linen closet, and an individual heat thermostat control and air conditioning unit. Our community offers a variety of amenities, including meals on wheels from Somervile/Cambridge elder services, a beautifully landscaped courtyard with tables and benches, a convenient laundry facility, a community room, weekly tai-chi classes, on-site maintenance, and elevators. Residents also sponsor a weekly movie night, game night, and occasional craft classes. Our Services

We also offer on-call maintenance and on-site maintenance to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly. Our pet-friendly community welcomes your furry friends, and we have a variety of floor plans available, including studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features modern amenities such as air conditioning, all-paid utilities, a balcony or patio, cable readiness, carpeted floors, disability access, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a linen closet.
