With his vast experience in property management and a strong background in teaching, Bruce has been instrumental in driving the company's success.

• Gary Cleff, Vice President and Property Supervisor: With a Bachelor's degree from UCLA and extensive experience in property management, Gary has been an integral part of our team since 1997. He has played a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our property portfolio.

• Tom Davis, Certified Property Manager: Tom joined The Beaumont Company with extensive knowledge in the real estate industry and a background as a receptionist at a local real estate company. Since 2008, Tom has been a valuable asset to the team, offering his expertise in property management.

• Gia Davis, Property Supervisor: Gia became licensed in 2009 and has since dedicated her real estate career to property management. She joined The Beaumont Company in 2014 and brings her commitment and skills to our management team.

• Adam Rubenstein, Property Supervisor: Adam has vast experience in working with both commercial and residential properties, with a particular focus on sales, leasing, and tenant grievances, as well as capital improvements and preventative maintenance.
