With over 34 years of experience, Peter has developed expertise in commercial, industrial, agricultural investments, land, nurseries, building sales, and probate. Peter has extensive knowledge of assembling parcels for residential and commercial development and has built a wide customer/client base throughout the Greater Palm Springs Area and the entire Coachella.
• Dave Goldman: Dave has over 20 years of experience in real estate, including personal investments in multi-family properties, shopping centers, and investment properties. He specializes in Short Sale and REO properties, unique properties, land, nightclub anchored shopping centers, and multifamily projects. Dave is a seasoned negotiator and is dedicated to protecting his clients' interests.
• Paul Nordman: Paul specializes in marketing properties suitable for renewable energy projects and mitigation land since 2004.
