Our journey began in the Chicagoland area, where we spent many years selling real estate and building custom homes. After relocating to Southwest Florida in 1998, we decided to expand our business and bring our expertise to the local market. Donna Gross, our Licensed Real Estate Broker, has been in the real estate and building business for over 38 years. With a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, Donna has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure her clients' needs are met.

Al Gross, our Co-Owner, has a lifelong interest in architecture and home design. With an MBA from the University of Illinois, Al is a licensed building contractor and real estate broker. His passion for designing and building unique, luxurious, and affordable homes is unmatched.
