The New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE) is a preeminent platform that facilitates the sharing of commercial real estate information in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. As one of the oldest and most established Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) services in the country, NECPE serves over 686 commercial real estate professionals associated with the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS, the REALTORS Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts, the Maine Commercial Association of REALTORS, and the Vermont Association Board of REALTORS.
