Pet Friendly Community

At Willow Lake Apts, we understand the importance of pets in our lives. That's why we are pet-friendly! We welcome cats and offer a pet deposit fee of $750 with a monthly pet rent of $25. We have a maximum of two pets per apartment. Please contact us for our Service Animal Policy.

Leasing Information

We offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months. Our apartments are priced affordably, with rents starting at $1,425 and deposits ranging from $600 to $1,599. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. For more information on our leasing process and available apartments, please contact us.

Location and Accessibility

Willow Lake Apts is conveniently located near Sea-Tac Airport and the South Center shopping area, making it easy for our residents to access essential services and amenities. While we do not offer handicap accessible apartments, we are an equal housing opportunity community and welcome applicants of all backgrounds.

Application and Fees

Our application fee is $45, and we do not accept reusable tenant screening reports. We are happy to help you through the application process and answer any questions you may have about becoming a resident at Willow Lake Apts.
