Overall Experience with Real Estate Agent
Excellent Service Received
Brenda Amundsen provided exceptional service to one client, showcasing her expertise, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. She guided them through the home-selling process with ease, recommended reliable contractors, and consistently kept them informed throughout the process.
Poor Experience with Real Estate Agent
On the other hand, two clients had negative experiences. Ken Torres felt ripped off by the agent, claiming they unfairly kept his rental security deposit and wrongly accused him of breaking the lease. Rachel Brooks was denied a house viewing because of an HOA rule limiting occupancy to single families, excluding her and her sister's small families.
