Meet Todd Creel, Owner/Broker

Todd Creel, the founder and owner of Prospect Realty, moved to Telluride in 1987 when the town was still a developing resort. With over 30 years of experience in the Telluride market, Todd's overall knowledge of the area has helped his clients find the perfect property or sell their place at the highest value. Todd is a dedicated member of the Telluride community, serving for many years as the board president of KOTO, a local radio station, and a weekly DJ. He has also been involved in the town's acquisition of the Valley Floor, serving on the Open Space Commission and the Valley Floor Preservation Partners. Todd is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, mountain biking, rafting, hiking, fly-fishing and more. He is also an avid musician and producer of The RIDE Festival.

The Telluride Region

Telluride is a charming town tucked into a box canyon, surrounded on all three sides by 14,000-foot peaks. The town of Telluride, with its colorful Victorian-era homes, clapboard storefronts, boutiques, art galleries, and fine dining, is just eight blocks wide and twelve blocks long. The town's rich history in the American West earned Telluride a National Historic Landmark District status in 1964, the highest level of historic status available from the United States Secretary of the Interior.
