At BDI Properties, we are a private investment group that acquires, develops, and manages commercial real estate properties. Since our founding in 2004, we have expanded our property and service offerings, as well as our project portfolio, despite navigating through some of the industry's most volatile market conditions.

Our Services

Our development service includes commercial and multi-family housing properties, where we work with clients every step of the way to find, acquire, assess, entitle, design, and construct a building that meets their specifications. Our investment team sources and executes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures in our investment portfolio. Additionally, we provide direct property management services to all properties in our investment portfolio, overseeing daily operations and maintenance to create long-term tenant relationships. Our construction management team is actively involved in new tenant build-outs, providing a comprehensive approach to the planning, design, and execution of projects.
