Poor Management and Unprofessional Staff
Residents of this apartment complex have reported numerous issues with the staff, including racism, rudeness, and abuse of power. The office staff has been known to steal rent deposits, claim that residents have criminal records or evictions, and use these tactics to overcharge them on security deposits or discourage them from applying. Some residents have even been evicted for asinine reasons or experienced intimidation tactics from the staff. The lack of professionalism and unethical behavior is a major concern for those considering renting here.
Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability
Residents have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the office staff, with full voicemail boxes and rarely answered emails. Repair requests are often ignored, and some residents have even been left without a working mailbox key.
