Who We Are
At 23 South Apartments, we are committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable living environment for our residents. Our community is specifically designed for individuals 62 years of age or older, or those with handicaps and disabilities, regardless of age. We understand the importance of feeling at home, and we strive to create a sense of belonging among our residents.
Our Communities
We have three locations: 204 E. Harrison St. in North Liberty, 500 Illinois St. in Walkerton, and 700 Indiana St. in Walkerton. Each of our communities offers one and two-bedroom apartments, built in the 1970s and remodeled in 2017. Our peaceful communities provide experienced management, after-hours call service, and secured entry.

We offer a range of amenities to make your life easier and more enjoyable. Some of our amenities include:
- 24-hour maintenance and after-hours call service
- Beautiful landscaping and lawn care
- Spacious closets and walk-in pantries
- Cable-ready apartments with ceiling fans and vertical blinds
- Stove and refrigerator provided
- Accessible units with bathroom grab bars
Lease Terms
Our lease term is 12 months. Rental assistance may be available for eligible applicants, covering 30% of the income. Pet-friendly, we allow one pet under 35 pounds with a $300 deposit. Service and companion animals are also permitted with proper documentation.

Office Hours
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays. By appointment, we are available on Saturdays and Sundays.
