Our Management

Kerry Haskins, the managing partner at Capstone Real Estate Partners, boasts a remarkable 45-year career in the commercial real estate sector. Throughout his career, Kerry has held senior management positions and been a partner with several of Chicago's premier developers, including Urban Investment and Development Company, Mansur & Company, and Fifield Companies, Ltd. Additionally, he has served as a partner at the mortgage banking firm of Julian, Toft & Downey, financing over $700 million in commercial real estate properties.

Kerry's experience comprises the management and financing of a diverse range of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail properties, industrial facilities, parking garages, and large mixed-use facilities. He excels at assembling the ideal team for a particular project and tailoring the appropriate deal structure to satisfy specific clients or municipalities. By expertly managing risk and generating returns commensurate with that risk, Kerry has earned a reputation for success.
