Problems with the Property Management Company
The majority of the reviews are negative, with several tenants expressing frustration and disappointment with the property management company, Sutro Property Management. Issues include unaddressed maintenance requests, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from the property manager, Salman.
Maintenance Requests and Communication
Many tenants have reported submitting maintenance requests that went unaddressed for extended periods. This includes issues with the heating system, oven, and other appliances. Communication with the property management team has been problematic, with some tenants experiencing difficulty contacting the company or receiving responses to their requests.
Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior
Several tenants have reported receiving condescending and verbally abusive interactions from Salman, the property manager. He has been accused of responding indifferently to maintenance requests and being dismissive of tenant concerns.
Additional Issues
Some tenants have reported issues with the application process, including not receiving responses to their applications and experiencing difficulty with the company's maintenance vendor. Others have reported issues with the building's exterior and interior conditions, including poor painting work and inadequate repairs to defects in the unit.
Positive Reviews
