Our Team

At the heart of our company is a team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing unparalleled service. Our team, led by Henry Morales, our President and Principal Broker, has years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including property tax consulting. Henry has over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker in Texas for both residential and commercial real estate and tax protesting. He is fluent in Spanish and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

We are proud to have Elizabeth Rowold, our Broker Associate and Property Tax Consultant, who brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in retail leasing and management. Elizabeth holds a Texas real estate broker license and Texas property tax consultant license, and oversees the property management for third-party multifamily properties.
