Lincoln County Board-RLTRS

Since 1943, the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS (LCBR) has been the trusted voice for real estate in Lincoln County, Nebraska. Our organization is composed of local REALTORS, including real estate agents and brokers, as well as appraisers. Additionally, we have a strong network of Affiliate members, who are professionals in various industries related to home buying and selling, such as mortgage lending, title companies, home inspectors, and more.

Our Mission and Work

The primary purpose of the LCBR is to serve its members by developing, providing, and promoting programs and services that will improve their ability to conduct business successfully with integrity, competency, and without undue regulatory restraint. Our objectives include promoting affordability and availability of housing and private property in Lincoln County, recognizing and accommodating new and emerging forces in the real estate industry, and increasing public awareness and confidence in our members.

Governing Body

The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee consisting of a President, President-Elect, and a Secretary/Treasurer, all elected by the membership. An Executive Officer is employed to assist with the operation of the Board.
