Resident Issues
Residents at The Approach at Summit Park have reported various issues with their living experiences. Many have faced problems with smell, water pressure, and maintenance. Shae D. and Caroline M., both 1-star reviewers, have had significant issues with their apartments. Shae experienced issues with clogged toilets, a smelly shower, and poor laundry facilities. Caroline had her apartment flooded by the staff during the cleanup of the pool's draining process, and was subsequently charged for the electric bill.

The residents have reported a rise in maintenance issues over time. The Approach at Summit Park has initially promised to "let pass" some issues, but this approach has not resolved the problems. Instead, it seems that the maintenance team has only addressed issues when residents have begged them to do so.
