*Kim Samuel, Portfolio Controller:* Kim joined Hayman Company in 2017 as an experienced financial accountant with 20 years' experience in the property management arena. She brings a wide range of skills to the Hayman team, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, asset management, job cost projects, fixed assets, and financial software applications. Kim received her BBA in Finance from Walsh College.

*Mary Fryc, Corporate Accounting/Treasury Manager:* Mary's career at Hayman spans nearly 30 years and has evolved and progressed in myriad positions. Her impressive history and knowledge of Hayman operations and finances make her invaluable in her role as Corporate Accounting/Treasury Manager. Mary's expertise covers a wide breadth of duties including CAM reconciliations, replacement reserves, loan summaries, monthly accounting for the entire Hayman portfolio, real estate tax tracking, and payroll backup. Mary obtained dual Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Accounting from Michigan State University and Oakland University, respectively.

*Kathy Kujawa, Chief Administrative Officer:* Kathy Kujawa is an accomplished and visionary leader in the fields of accounting, finance, information technology, and administration. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kathy brings her wealth of experience in managing complex operations, developing effective policies, and implementing streamlined processes to enhance productivity and foster a culture of innovation at Hayman Company. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance.
