Our journey began in 1975 when Coulter Realty was founded. Since then, we have been dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. Over the years, we have seen many other real estate companies come and go, but our commitment to our clients and the community has remained unwavering. In 1989, we expanded our services by adding auction services, which further enhanced our capabilities and offerings.

Our Expertise

Our team, led by CEO and Owner Mack Coulter, has extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate and auction industries. Mack graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Development and has been a licensed auctioneer since 1989. He has also earned the prestigious designations of C.A.I. (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and A.A.R.E. (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) from the Auction Marketing Institute of the National Association of Auctioneers.
