Apartment Complex Issues
Residents of this apartment complex have shared negative experiences with water quality, sound isolation, and maintenance. Water Issues were reported by Natallia Staliarova, who moved into a brand new apartment and discovered the water smelled terrible. The management's solution was to let the water run for a while, which temporarily solved the problem, but didn't address the underlying issue. Sound Isolation was another problem, as reported by Natallia, who suffered from poor sound insulation in their apartment and was unable to sleep due to loud noises from neighbors. The office was informed about the issue multiple times, but no action was taken for four months.
Maintenance and Management
Nicholas Wegner expressed disappointment with the Unreliable Management, stating that all real reviews were deleted. He did praise the maintenance department, describing them as "very nice." However, his experience was marred by the lack of attention to snow removal in the winter.
