Services

- 60-Hour Real Estate Principles Course: This course provides students with the foundational knowledge required to begin a career in real estate. The course explores the principles of real estate, including contracts, laws, and ethics.
- 30-Hour New Affiliate Course: This course builds upon the knowledge gained in the 60-Hour Real Estate Principles Course and helps students apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Pre-License Course Information
To become a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee, students must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Complete the required pre-license courses, including the 60-Hour Real Estate Principles Course and the 30-Hour New Affiliate Course
- Pass the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's licensing exam
