Our History

Our journey began in 1975 as a department within the Harley Snyder Companies' umbrella. Over the years, we have undergone significant transformations, including changes in ownership and leadership. Today, we are proud to have a team of dedicated professionals, including four Certified Property Managers, who work tirelessly to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Our Services

Our residential management division is dedicated to providing comprehensive services to over 170 associations, comprising more than 15,000 resident members. We take the time to familiarize ourselves with the unique Covenants and Restrictions, Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations of each association, allowing us to assist the board of directors in the day-to-day operation. Our services include:

• Preparation of annual budgets
• Day-to-day interaction with board members and residents
• Monthly reports to all board members outlining details on maintenance issues, community concerns, new owners, and complete financial status of the association
• Complete financial planning and reporting
• Full-service facility maintenance

In addition to our residential management services, we also provide property management, leasing, and facility management services to commercial clients, overseeing approximately 2,000,000 square feet of office, retail, and medical properties.

Our Team

Our team of dedicated professionals is led by Michael R. Bottos, CPM, Chief Operating Officer, and Gina Manns, CPA, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Our team includes experienced property managers, accountants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff, all working together to provide exceptional service to our clients.
