Our Process

Our process begins with site selection, where we study growth and employment rates, trends, and other economic forces that affect the markets in which we invest. We only operate within a 100-mile radius of Athens, Georgia, allowing us to maintain a deep understanding of buyer and tenant demands. We then purchase under-performing or under-managed properties in great locations, often through our network of trusted real estate agents and brokers.

Design and Construction

Our purchases often require extensive construction projects, which we self-perform through our wholly-owned, licensed commercial and residential contracting company, Gibbs Capital Construction. We have a relentless commitment to exceptional service, seeking to earn and maintain the trust of our tenants. Our team is knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate about ensuring the success of every property we manage.

Rental and Property Management

All rental and property management is performed by Gibbs Capital Management, our wholly-owned licensed and insured management company. We prioritize transparency, responsiveness, and open communication, forging lasting partnerships built on trust.
