Maintenance Issues
The residents of Arbors of Wells Branch have been complaining about the poor maintenance services provided by the management company. Brian Dorfman gave a 1-star rating for the mail issue, stating that despite promises to provide access to the mailroom, the lock remains a major problem. Another resident, Callie Out Of Space, experienced difficulties with contacting the management company to resolve issues with their lease and mail balance.
Infestation and Health Concerns
The majority of the reviews are centered around the severe infestation issues with roaches and other bugs. Vicki Flaherty and Annemarie Tritt both shared horrific experiences with the infestation, with descriptions of roaches crawling on their children's high chairs, in their kitchen, and even on their family members. Annemarie also mentioned the ceiling fan and light falling off the ceiling, causing injury to her roommate.
Poor Management
The residents have expressed frustration with the management's lack of attention to their issues, with many feeling that their concerns are being ignored. Vicki and Annemarie both shared stories of having to deal with rude and unhelpful managers, who were dismissive of their problems. Callie Out Of Space mentioned the difficulty in getting in touch with the management company, with redirected calls to a third-party company.
Positive Feedback
Reshma Manohar was the only resident who gave a positive review, praising the community and the leasing and maintenance team for their quick response to requests.
