Founded in 1969 by Edward E. Zuker, CHR has grown from a small real estate company to a respected player in the industry. With a presence in Greater Boston and Rhode Island, we own and manage over 32 apartment properties, including Hancock Village, one of the most desirable apartment home communities in Chestnut Hill.
