Real Estate Equities Group, LLC is a premier real estate investment and management company that has been actively involved in the industry for over 40 years. Our organization was founded by principals, Howard Kent and Gregory Van Cleef, who have been partners and active in the real estate investment and management business for over 40 years.

Our History

Founded in the 1980s, Real Estate Equities Group, LLC has grown to become a prominent player in the real estate industry. In 1999, the second generation joined the firm, with Adam Kent and Greg Van Cleef now serving as Principals and running day-to-day operations. They are responsible for acquisitions, property management, brokerage, and private lending services. In 2008, Mike Van Cleef took an active role in our management and brokerage subsidiary, and now serves as our Director of Property Management.

Our Services

Our property management subsidiary, Real Estate Management Group, LLC, currently manages 1,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial properties for entities in which we are principals as well as unaffiliated third parties. Our current portfolio has a gross asset value in excess of $250 million. Snowpoint Capital Management, LLC, our private lending affiliate, manages the Snowpoint Capital Income Fund, LLC, and Snowpoint Capital REIT, Inc. Snowpoint implements short-term capital solutions for commercial and investment opportunities for those not efficiently served by the traditional debt markets.
