Customer Experience
Overall, the customer experience with United Equities varies depending on the individual's perspective. On the positive side, one customer, Kailee Wong, had a great experience leasing from United Equities, citing prompt and responsible management when issues arose. On the other hand, two other customers, Jani Durrani and Mike Colby, had negative experiences, with Jani labeling the management as "blood suckers" and Mike describing a rooftop repair experience as "disrespectful" and complicated.
Problems with Management
The main issues reported by customers were with the management company. Jani Durrani expressed frustration with the management's lack of professionalism, while Mike Colby specifically mentioned a roofing contractor who was "cussing at" and "disrespectful" to tenants. Additionally, Mike mentioned that the management did not properly disclose and address issues with the property, leaving tenants to pay for repairs.
Negotiations for a New Contract
As a result of these issues, one of the customers (Mike Colby) mentioned that their business was exploring a new contract with a different facility that would prioritize tenant needs and minimize disruptions to business operations.
