Our History
Since mid-1989, Clover Group has purchased and/or developed over 10,000 apartment units and over 800,000 square feet of commercial space, totaling more than $1.5 billion. Today, we manage approximately 7,000 multi-family rental units and over 250,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. Our construction management division has built more than 5,000 multi-family units and currently has over 1,500 multi-family units under development/construction.

Shoddy Construction and Building Defects
The reviewer notes that the entire complex has uneven walls, creaking floors on the second and third levels, and poorly installed doors and frames that are out of square with the walls. The sheer number of building defects is staggering, with issues ranging from improperly installed shower stalls that do not drain properly, resulting in standing water, to an overgrown center courtyard lawn.
