Our History: A Legacy of Excellence
Heritage Realtors & Property Management was acquired by Jeff and Jeanette Levinson on September 1, 2011. Jeff has practiced law in Kings County for many years, specializing in residential real estate and landlord-tenant relations. Jeanette, a lifelong resident of Kings County, has managed family rental properties for several years. Bill Royer, Broker Associate, has been with the company since the beginning and has a deep understanding of the local market. Property Manager Jane Churchill has been with the company for many years, providing a friendly hometown office environment for our clients. Sales Associate Sona Sosa joined the team in 2018, bringing her academic credentials from California State University, Monterey Bay, and her Master's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
