• Randal Shinn: As the founder of Shinn Team Real Estate, Randal has been serving the North Texas area for generations. With extensive knowledge of local markets and communities, Randal is dedicated to providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each and every client.

• Jeff Ingalls: Born in Alabama, Jeff moved to North Texas in 2009 and currently resides in Royse City. Since becoming a licensed Texas realtor in 2013, Jeff has had the pleasure of working with many families to find their dream homes. His naturally charismatic personality makes him a popular agent, and his fun and professional approach to house hunting puts clients at ease.

• Tyler Ingalls: Tyler serves first-time homebuyers, investors, sellers, and anyone who wants to buy. His number one goal is to ensure his clients' needs are met. Honesty and integrity are essential characteristics in operating his business.

• Melody Hudson: Melody is from Rockwall, TX, and now resides in Farmersville with her husband and three sons. She attended Abilene Christian University and graduated with a B.B.A in Marketing/Management. Her number one goal is to ensure her clients' needs are met. • Lauren Elliott: Lauren is from New Orleans, LA, and now resides in McKinney, TX. Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas. She has experience in land and residential Real Estate. • Jennifer Rodgers: Born and raised in Weatherford, TX, Jennifer has been a realtor for over 13 years. She has spent the majority of her working life in the service for others. From the U.S. Marine Corps, her careers as a Fire Rescue Specialist, Paramedic, and Texas Peace Officer concern for others and their quality of life has been her focus.

• Houston Pitts: I am 4th generation Texan and my family and I have made the Farmersville area our home for over 25 years. I have spent the majority of working life in the service for others. From the U.S. Marine Corps, my careers as a Fire Rescue Specialist, Paramedic, and Texas Peace Officer concern for others and their quality of life has been my focus.

• Pat Durbin: Realtor since 1981, Pat has extensive knowledge of the area. Having lived in North Central Texas since early childhood and in Collin County for 55 years, has provided him with extensive knowledge of the area.

• Mark Beaty: Mark was raised in Collin County. He has been in the real estate business since receiving his sales license in 1978. He received a BBA in real estate from North Texas State University in 1979. He earned his broker's license in 1983. He has been a fire captain/paramedic for 32 years where he also worked as a real estate appraiser on his days off from the FD. Retiring from the FD in 2021, he is back in brokerage. Having been an appraiser for 32 years, he knows values all across the North Texas area.
