Our Leadership

Our leadership team consists of Kevin Kiser, a seasoned veteran of the real estate industry with over 30 years of experience. Kevin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing and has sold and overseen millions of dollars of transactions for himself and his real estate agents. He is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Kevin is passionate about serving the community and donates hundreds of hours of community service to the Alamo Heights Optimist Club every year.

Kathy Green, our other team member, received her MBA from Webster University and her BBA from UTSA. She has a long history of teaching and has experience in webmastering, multimedia, animation, and business computer information systems. Kathy is a passionate advocate for helping others and sees real estate as a natural fit. She has been licensed since 2014 and has used her years of experience to become one of the most technologically advanced agents in Texas. Customer service is key to building strong relationships, and Kathy is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. She is grateful for an amazing group of clients and makes sure they receive the attention and appreciation they deserve.
