Property Maintenance and Groundskeeping
The maintenance and groundskeeping at this property have received positive reviews. Rashawn Clark and Izeyah Briscoe both mentioned that the maintenance team is quick to respond and fix issues, with Rashawn noting that they "keep the property clean and respond very quickly and fix things." Izeyah praised the maintenance team, saying that Mr. Maro, in particular, did a good job of fixing their unit and changing the thermostat. Germany Johnson, on the other hand, had a very different experience, stating that the maintenance team is non-existent and that requests are ignored.
Cleanliness and Safety
The cleanliness of the property has been a major issue for many residents. Germany Johnson reported that the hallways are "filthy" and that trash and glass are present throughout the parking lots. Makaya Ndegwa mentioned that the cockroaches are everywhere and that they are "crowing on us at night, in our food." Some residents have also reported being exposed to gang activity and fighting in the laundry rooms. Additionally, Germany Johnson witnessed a man beating his wife in front of kids in the courtyard, and Germany X. reported that a neighbor was sexually assaulted by a homeless person.

The management and staff of the property have received primarily negative reviews. Germany Johnson and Germany X. both reported that the office staff is unhelpful and that it's difficult to get in touch with them. Germany X. specifically mentioned that the staff is unprofessional and that they prioritize giving discounts to positive reviewers over actually helping residents. Makaya Ndegwa reported that the staff is unresponsive and that their maintenance requests are ignored.
Additional Issues
Some residents have also mentioned additional issues with the property, such as illegal dumping, broken appliances, and high fees. Germany Johnson reported that the property has a permissive atmosphere, with neighbors engaging in loud parties and fighting at night.
