Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, each bringing their unique expertise to the table. Russell Harper, our Managing Member, has been involved in commercial real estate for over three decades, establishing Harper Associates in 1995. Will Allen, a rising star in the field, has a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia and has been actively involved in all aspects of firm operations. Emily Douress, a seasoned property manager, has extensive experience in tenant communications, financing, and facilities projects. Cabell Harper, a Property Management Associate, has a strong background in operations, finance, and administration.
