The success of the early ventures led to the expansion of services and the establishment of Franchi Construction Company, Inc. in 1963. His experience, spanning over two decades with the company, encompasses all aspects of corporate, residential, and commercial operations, new construction, subdivisions, and the management of the renowned Waltham Athletic Club.
