Meet Rick and Kaye

Rick Kohler is a seasoned broker with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has a strong background in professional standards and ethics, having previously chaired the Loudoun County Realtors Professional Standards Committee. Rick is currently serving as the president of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection (RLEP) and a member of the Rappahannock County Planning Commission. He takes pride in his work and is dedicated to helping his clients find their dream properties.

Kaye Kohler, on the other hand, is a creative and hands-on individual who built much of her first home herself. She has a keen eye for detail and design and is an excellent photographer. Together, Rick and Kaye make a dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional real estate services in the area.
