Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals is the backbone of our organization. With a combined 60 years of real estate experience, our partners, L.A. Green and Thomas L. Little, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. L.A. Green, a 24-year veteran of the real estate industry, has a proven track record of success in investment and development. Thomas L. Little, a former CFO and Chairman of the Board, has over 50 years of experience in finance, accounting, and real estate.

Leadership

L.A. Green, our Partner and CEO, formulates the overall strategic direction for our company, overseeing day-to-day business operations at the asset management level. With a Master's in Real Estate Development and 11 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, asset management, and sales, Mr. Green is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.

Accounting and Operations

Our accounting team, led by Staci Smart, Controller, oversees the accounting for all of our properties. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and a CPA designation, Ms. Smart has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Property Management

Our Commercial Property Manager, Anita Simpson, is responsible for overseeing the commercial portfolio for Green and Little. With over 15 years of experience in property management and human resources, Ms. Simpson has a proven track record of success in managing properties that drive value and growth.

Accounting Support

Delvina Loya, our Accountant, assists the Controller in all aspects of our accounting department. With over 10 years of experience in accounting and 20+ years in customer service, Ms. Loya is an invaluable asset to our team.
