Our Story

Our story began in 2003 when Jesse Brewer, our owner and founder, purchased his first rental property in Newport, Kentucky. Since then, he has acquired several more investment properties, including single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, and commercial use spaces. In 2005, Jesse earned his real estate licenses in both Kentucky and Ohio, allowing him to begin helping others build their own cash flow real estate portfolios.
