We are U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions, L.L.C., a holding company that owns, renovates, and operates real estate in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our company was founded in 1994 by Eric H. Berger, Esquire, and Alfred L. Amato, Esquire, shortly after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center.

• Lewis Levy, Property Manager, who has been with the company for over 20 years and has extensive experience in property management and leasing.
• Eric Berger, Principal, who has founded and led the company since its inception.
• Dennis Herlihy, Property Manager, who has been with the company for over 20 years and has extensive experience in property management and leasing.
• Robin Levine, Accounts Receivable, who has been with the company for over 10 years and is responsible for managing our financial and administrative functions.
