Problems with Lobos Management
Failure to Maintain Properties: Many tenants reported issues with the maintenance of their apartments, including leaky pipes, broken appliances, and a general sense of neglect.
Disorganization and Lack of Communication: Tenants felt that the management team was inefficient and difficult to get in touch with. Many reported having to call multiple times before receiving a response, and some never received a response at all.
Abusive Behavior: Several tenants reported being spoken to in an abusive or offensive manner by members of the management team, including being yelled at, threatened, and spoken to in a condescending manner.
Unprofessional Treatment: Tenants felt that they were treated unfairly and unprofessionally, with some being charged for made-up fees and having their security deposits unfairly withheld.
Poor Maintenance and Lack of Transparency: Many tenants reported issues with pest control, mold, and other maintenance issues that were left unaddressed for extended periods of time.
Unreliable Staff: Tenants reported that the staff was unreliable and difficult to work with, with some employees being absent or unresponsive for extended periods of time.
