Our story began in 1933 when John Picotte founded Picotte Real Estate, and we have since grown and evolved to become one of the most recognized and respected companies in the industry.

Our History

We have a long history of providing commercial real estate and building management services, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. Our company has been passed down through generations, with John's sons Bernard and Clifford, and his grandsons John and Michael, and eventually his great-grandson John. Today, we have a leadership team that includes non-family members, such as Chief Operating Officer Nancy Carey Cassidy and Chief Financial Officer Kevin Cavallaro.
