Our Story
Jeff Larkin Realty was founded in 2011 by Jeff Larkin, a longtime local rancher and owner of Larkin Valley Ranch. Jeff made the conscientious decision to earn his real estate license during the 2008 housing crash, recognizing an opportunity to make a difference and help people find and afford homes in tough times. With his experience in planning, building, and construction, Jeff developed creative funding strategies with like-minded, big-hearted investors, securing new homes for dozens of people who otherwise couldn't afford to buy property.
For Jeff, it felt like he was making the impossible happen. The joy he experienced in seeing clients happily settled in their new homes eventually inspired him to use his real estate skills and entrepreneurial talents to open a real estate agency.
