Getting Your MS Real Estate License
To get your Mississippi real estate license, follow these five steps:
1. Complete our 60-hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course: Our comprehensive course includes a comprehensive review for the state exam.
2. Complete and submit the Mississippi Real Estate Commission (MREC) Application for Real Estate License: After completing the pre-licensing course, submit the application and required documents to the MREC.
3. Pass the State Exam: Take the written examination, testing in areas such as elementary math, and general knowledge of the statutes of Mississippi relating to real property.
4. Select a Real Estate Firm: Associate with a real estate firm or broker of record.
