Availability and Service
Reviewers have expressed disappointment with the availability and reliability of the apartment complex. Steven Garcia mentioned that some calls go unanswered, and the staff is not consistently available to provide assistance. Dawn Thomas had a similar experience, stating that the staff was unprofessional and didn't bother to process her application after taking her application fee.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
On the other hand, Charles Montgomery and Ms. Lady Lee praised the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartments. Charles mentioned that the grounds are well-kept, and the outside hallways are clean. Ms. Lady Lee, who has lived at the complex for three years, loves it there and has had no complaints.
Professionalism
However, several reviewers were vocal about the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Jaden Wilson, Quinchelle Jackson, and KsoJaded all mentioned that the staff was unprofessional, and in some cases, downright rude. KsoJaded, specifically, mentioned that the person who answered the phone needs to be taught proper customer service skills.
