Our Story

At the Apartments at Ames Privilege, we are dedicated to providing our residents with a unique and memorable living experience. Our converted mill building, built in 1847, is now a charming and modern living space. All our apartments feature modern kitchens and bathrooms, oversized windows, and exposed brick walls and massive wood beams. Our apartments also come with wall-to-wall carpeting and all appliances included.

Our History

Our community is built in the historic Ames Manufacturing Company building, which dates back to 1847. The building was once a prominent industrial hub, producing Civil War-era swords and cannons. Today, we have carefully restored and renovated the building to preserve its original charm, while incorporating modern amenities and essentials.
