Our History

In 2017, Dalad completed a $32 million mixed-use renovation of the 200,000 square foot, Worthington Yards complex. An award-winning development, the project combines five buildings comprised of 98 apartments with highly designed amenities, private and public shared courtyards, an art gallery that regularly hosts events and rotating exhibits of local works, and 2,000 square feet of commercial retail space.

Before Worthington Yards, we were pioneers in reviving downtown Cleveland's residential population with the First Historic Tax Credit loft restoration in 1986. Over the years, we have invested over $100 million into successful commercial property repositioning.

Neil Viny, President and Principal Owner, oversees all operations at the Dalad Group, including development, construction, property management, and brokerage.

Dan Spirko, General Counsel, handles a variety of real estate matters, including litigation, zoning, and transactional work.

Gary Murphy, CFO, handles the accounting, finance, and tax matters for the company.
