With over 20 years of real estate experience, Heidi is a full-time Managing Broker and licensed since 2000. She's a true veteran of the industry, having navigated the highs and lows of the market. Her passion for real estate is evident in her dedication to every transaction, fueled by her desire to help clients achieve their goals.

Raquel Davalos, Broker

Raquel, Heidi's daughter, joined the team in 2014 and brings a fresh, "Millennial" approach to real estate marketing. With a degree in Business Management and minor in Psychology from Seattle University, Raquel's strengths lie in internet and social media marketing.

Reilly Ochs, Broker

Reilly, a Pacific Northwest native, brings a new perspective and a passion for customer service to the team. With experience working for Nordstrom and deep roots in the equine industry, Reilly is a natural fit for the Pacesetter team.
